    Although roof foam can be a benefit to your home, there are a multitude of reasons why you may need to have it removed:

    • Roof foam insulation can down-value properties with this type of insulation (surveyors don’t like it!)
    • Some lenders will not offer a mortgage on properties with roof foam insulation applied to the loft or roof.
    • Roof foam insulation can contribute to condensation and dam, eventually causing the roof timbers to decay.
    • Roof foam insulation can make it difficult to carry out roof repairs, fix broken tails and to even cover or decorate.

    I've had really bad issues with my cavity wall insulation. Got in touch with Cav Clear and recieved a quote that was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received. They did an excellent job and cleaned up superbly after they did the job. After a week could tell a massive difference to the damp in the... house and it started to clear. Would highly recommendread more
