The guys did a great job, pleasant to deal with and respected the property whilst working.

The damp section of the house has now dried up. Good result.

We instructed Cav Clear to do a cavity wall inspection on a house purchase following a red flag on the survey. They were prompt in all communications and a supplied us with a detailed report on issues found. They were excellent in explaining our options to rectify the issues should we go ahead with purchase. We purchased property and instructed Cav Clear to insert new wall ties for the whole house. A huge job that took 3 weeks, the guys were prompt and kept the area clean and tidy. A great bunch!

Thanks to Wayne for getting it all organised, Andy, Mark and Chris for doing the work. I would 💯 recommend.

Professional service which gave peace of mind for my wall tie problems. Then had a further issue unrelated to their work which effected the wall ties and Wayne and his team were responsive and resolved the problem promptly. Cannot thank them enough. Definitely recommend them.

Recently had DPC carried out by Cavclear. Very happy with the service provided from initial contact to completion. Kept well informed, knowledgeable workmen who did a good job, caused as little disruption as necessary within the time estimate provided. We chose this company based on reviews all of which were correct. Would recommend them if you need work of this nature carrying out in your property.
