How to book a Thermal Image Inspection

Contact us and we will provide you with a quotation based on the size of your home and the type of inspection required.

We then confirm a date and time to meet at your property and undertake your inspection. An inspection on an average size home takes approx 1.5 hrs. We inspect your home methodically one room at a time.

Thermal Inspection

We document our findings for every room as we go. We verify any thermal anomalies with a non-invasive moisture meter which simply means that not only do we scan with the camera, but we also test every wall and ceiling with a moisture meter to confirm and document our findings.

Once the inspection is complete, we then take the information away and compile a complete report of our findings. This report is emailed to you directly, or alternatively can be dispatched to you through the postal system. Payment is usually an invoice with all reports following payment. If you can’t pay on the day, or you can’t be present for the inspection, that’s fine, your report will then be dispatched to you on receipt of payment.
